Having taken the MBT training at McLean Hospital with Peter Fonagy, Bob Drozek, Brandon Unruh, I was disappointed that these reference sheets did not adequately capture the elements that are needed to quickly focus on clinical shorthand of MBT right before a session. The training presented many complex ideas that were condensed into visuals and key steps that are not even part of this handout. I think a better choice is using the powerpoint from the training to create your own reference sheet.
